Sales Secretary

Alix Toyota, a leading Toyota dealership, is looking for an experienced Sales Secretary to support its dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer phone calls in collaboration with the Sales team, providing professional and personalized service.
• Manage the salespeople's schedules and coordinate demonstration and follow-up appointments.
• Prepare, verify, and file sales documents (contracts, financing, insurance, warranties) ensuring their accuracy.
• Enter and update customer data and records in the Sales Management System (CRM) and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate effectively with the Financing, Service, and Parts departments to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal customer experience.
• Follow sales files through to delivery, coordinating communications and necessary documents.
• Support the team’s activities during promotional events and new model launches.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects the company's image.

Candidate Profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; ideally in automotive sales or a related environment.
• Excellent command of French; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with CRM and sales management software.
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, versatility, and customer service focus.
• Good communication skills, active listening, and ability to handle multitasking situations.
• Discretion, professionalism, and team spirit; capacity to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
