At Alix Toyota, a leading Toyota dealership in Montreal for over 50 years, we are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Technical Advisor to join our after-sales team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert and point of contact between customers and the team of service technicians.
- Present diagnostics and maintenance and repair options; prepare estimates and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with Toyota procedures and the use of appropriate diagnostic tools.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction and the quality of interventions; clearly communicate costs and warranties.
- Maintain safety and quality standards; contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive sector (Technical Advisor, service, technical support), ideally at a dealership.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
- Team spirit, organizational skills, and time management; ability to work under pressure and prioritize.
- Proficiency in French; English is a plus; valid driver's license.
