Clerk / Sales Advisor for Parts

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic professional to fill the role of Clerk / Sales Advisor for Parts at Porsche West Island, a Porsche dealership serving Greater Montreal. Reporting to the Parts Department, you will be a key link between our customers, the workshop, and the sales team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and providing parts suited to each vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers on Porsche parts and accessories
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
• Manage orders, quotes, and deliveries; follow up on orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts area and optimize inventory
• Collaborate with the technical team and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Update parts management systems and customer records
• Participate in receiving and returning parts, and managing stock

Profile Sought

• Minimum one year of experience in auto parts sales or customer service
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and accessories; knowledge of Porsche models is an asset
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work as a team, manage priorities, and stay organized
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
• Availability to work flexible hours; ability to adapt to the dealership’s pace
• Relevant diploma (DEP in Sales, administration, or equivalent is an asset)
