Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the local sales strategy in alignment with group objectives to maximize sales and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and customer management team, fostering a culture of performance and service.
- Achieve and surpass sales, margin, and market share goals through regional action plans and rigorous pipeline management.
- Manage the commercial activities budget, forecasts, and performance analysis (KPIs); ensure clear and regular reporting to management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, financial partners, and dealerships to ensure a seamless and integrated customer experience.
- Work closely with after-sales and financing services to guarantee high-level customer experience and long-term loyalty.
- Oversee sales processes, CRM utilization, and customer journey optimization, including ongoing training of teams on products and sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies and local regulations while promoting ethics and professionalism.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, ideally in the automotive industry or a related sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Quebec market and automotive dealership sales practices.
- Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented approach and ability to inspire a diverse team.
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written; functional English is an asset. Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions, with a customer service focus.
- Valid driver’s license and availability for local travel if necessary.
