Fortier Ford, a new dealership of the GENX automotive group located in Montreal-East, is part of a strong and expanding network. Fortier Ford is seeking a Technical Advisor to join its dynamic team and provide an exceptional customer experience in a modern, air-conditioned environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a similar role (technical advisor, automotive customer service, technical sales).
• Knowledge of Ford vehicles and related technologies, including electric/hybrid solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to simplify technical information and present it clearly and convincingly.
• Bilingual in French and English; comfortable with computer tools and digital presentations.
• Team spirit, organizational skills, and results-oriented.
• Availability to work according to showroom hours and operational requirements.

Job Description

• Handle the opening and closing of work orders internally (new and used vehicles) and ensure follow-up.
• Greet customers and assess their technical and informational needs related to Ford vehicles and their technologies.
• Clearly and convincingly present technical features, options, and benefits of vehicles, with a focus on electric vehicles.
• Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate technical demonstrations, test drives, and customer follow-ups.
• Prepare technical proposals and tailored recommendations, aligned with customer objectives and dealer capabilities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, programs, and promotions to deliver a consistent and high-performing customer experience.
• Contribute to achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals by promoting a proactive and service-oriented approach.
