Appointment Coordinator

Job Description We are looking for a scheduling coordinator to join our team at Mazda of Boucherville. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and you will ensure smooth planning of service and sales appointments, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers who come to the center or call to schedule an appointment.
• Plan and coordinate service, repair, and sales consultations, in collaboration with technicians and sales advisors.
• Manage the daily calendar, cancellations, rescheduling, and reminders; optimize the use of the teams' time.
• Update customer records and appointments in the management system (CRM) and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor operational metrics related to planning and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Participate in the onboarding and orientation process for customers to foster a positive experience.

Candidate profile

• Excellent organizational skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, in French; English is an advantage.
• Proficiency with computer tools (CRM, scheduling software, Microsoft Office suite).
• No experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Team spirit, dynamism, and solution-oriented attitude.
