Barnabé Chrysler St-Jean is looking for a passionate, customer-oriented Technical Advisor to join our dynamic team. You will hold a key front-line role, supporting our customers throughout their experience, from welcome to technical demonstration and after-sales follow-up, around our Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and Fiat lineups.

Job Description

  • Warmly greet customers and understand their needs in order to propose tailored technical solutions.
  • Present and explain the technical features, options and onboard technologies of the vehicles; perform clear and professional demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
  • Prepare technical proposals, ensure follow-up and guarantee accurate and complete documentation.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions and procedures related to after-sales service.
  • Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and commercial performance objectives.
  • Respect quality standards, the dealership’s policies and safety requirements.

Responsibilities and required skills

  • Ability to communicate with customers clearly and professionally.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files concurrently.
  • Punctuality, sense of responsibility and a friendly attitude.
  • Knowledge of serti is an asset.
  • Mastery of French with some English knowledge appreciated; the ability to operate in a bilingual environment would be a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive industry or technical customer service.
