In this key role, you will be responsible for the daily management of our service department. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and mentoring a team of technicians and service advisors to ensure exceptional customer service.

- Managing the department budget and monitoring performance indicators to meet financial objectives.
- Ensuring compliance of service procedures with company standards and industry regulations.
- Training, motivating, and supporting your team to foster their professional development.
- Establishing strong relationships with our customers and ensuring effective follow-up on customer feedback.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experiences:
- A minimum of 3 years of management experience within an automotive dealership.
- Excellent capability to manage operations and lead a team.
- Proven customer service and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of dealership management systems and associated technology tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
