Service Advisor

Job Description We are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our dynamic team at MM360 - Centre Beaumont Pneus et Mécanique, based in Montreal. They will be the key intermediary between customers and the workshop, responsible for assessing needs, explaining options, and ensuring smooth service from diagnostics to vehicle delivery.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their maintenance and repair needs; present diagnoses and repair options clearly and transparently.
• Work closely with technicians and technical advisors to plan interventions, prepare estimates, and set deadlines.
• Present estimates, service conditions, and warranties, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Follow up on appointments and oversee work until vehicle delivery.
• Propose preventive maintenance plans and practical advice for vehicle savings and reliability.
• Update customer records and vehicle information in workshop management software, ensuring data accuracy.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role (technical advisor, workshop customer service, or workshop technician).
• Good knowledge of automotive systems (brakes, suspension, engine, electronics) and ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; team spirit and ability to handle various situations.
• Proficiency with computer tools and workshop management programs; experience in estimates and budgets is preferred.
• Bilingual in French and English is considered an advantage (Montreal). Relevant training in the automotive field or equivalent experience is valued.
