Boisvert Ford, located in Boucherville, Quebec, is seeking a Technical Advisor to join its team and ensure excellent customer service within our dealership.
Job Description
- Welcome customers and understand their technical needs in collaboration with the after-sales team.
- Clearly explain diagnostics, repairs, and estimated costs, then propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present service estimates, monitor repairs, and communicate deadlines to customers.
- Work closely with technicians and sales staff to optimize the customer experience and service times.
- Participate in updating customer records and tracking interventions in workshop IT tools.
- Maintain a high level of quality and safety while adhering to dealership and industry standards and procedures.
Profile Required
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or in technical customer service.
- Good knowledge of vehicles and automotive systems; relevant training is an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Team spirit, analytical mindset, and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
- Proficiency with computer tools and CRM/ERP processes.
