We are looking for an experienced Parts Manager to oversee the department. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, provide excellent customer service, and ensure efficient operations through strong organizational and planning skills.
Main tasks:
- Set department objectives in collaboration with their supervisor;
- Manage the annual operating budget of their department;
- Monitor reports and sales productivity of their department;
- Develop and utilize a tracking report;
- Analyze monthly reports related to sales, expenses, and inventory to ensure profitability targets;
- Manage the wholesale parts sales program;
- Maintain a balanced inventory in line with the needs of after-sales service, Body Shop, wholesale clients, and consumers;
- Control and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence;
- Collaborate with the after-sales service manager, body shop manager, and accounting to ensure the efficient rotation of parts needed for internal work;
- Ensure a high level of service quality is provided to external clients and internal clients;
- Handle customer complaints immediately, according to dealer and/or general manager directives;
- Maintain effective communication within their department and with other departments.
Qualifications we are seeking:
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management and stock control
- Skills in financial and budget analysis
- Proficiency with computer tools and tracking reports
- Leadership and ability to manage a customer service-oriented team
- Excellent communication and interdepartmental collaboration skills

Salary:
- $62,000 + monthly bonus
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 8am to 5pm
- Friday: 8am to 2:30pm
