Service Advisor

Saint-Léonard Mitsubishi, a leading Mitsubishi dealership in Montreal, is seeking a Technical Advisor to join its after-sales service team.

Roles and responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their technical needs related to their Mitsubishi vehicles
• Explain diagnostics and proposed interventions clearly and transparently
• Coordinate appointments, prepare quotes, follow up on interventions, and ensure traceability of files
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure an exceptional customer experience and adherence to deadlines
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of work and costs
• Participate in continuous improvement of service processes and enhance skills related to Mitsubishi technologies

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the automotive or related sector
• Relevant technical diploma (mechanics, electromechanics, maintenance) or equivalent experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to simplify technical concepts
• Proficiency with service management software and diagnostic systems; ability to interpret technical reports
• Fluent in French; knowledge of English is an advantage
• Valid driver's license
