Delivery coordinator

Genesis Saint-Laurent, elegance in the service of the automotive experience, is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join our team. This position involves managing the delivery of sold vehicles, ensuring the signing of documents, and explaining the vehicle's functions to customers.

Job Description

• Manage all deliveries of sold vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to deadlines.
• Prepare delivery documents, have contracts signed, and verify their accuracy and compliance.
• Clearly and appropriately explain the features, basic settings, and maintenance requirements of the delivered vehicles to customers.
• Coordinate with the sales, financing, and after-sales teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
• Follow up post-delivery and act as the customer contact point during vehicle handovers.
• Maintain rigorous traceability of deliveries and documents, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required in a similar role or in customer service within the automotive industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information.
• Organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of delivery processes and automotive documentation (contracts, financing, key handover) is an asset.
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
• Proficiency with computer tools and CRM systems; ability to use management and payment software.
