Receptionist / Greeter

We are hiring a Receptionist / Hostess to join Les Moteurs Décarie, the only Jaguar and Land Rover dealership on the Island of Montreal and the only Aston Martin and Bentley dealer in eastern Canada. Job Summary

• Warmly welcoming visitors and directing clients to the appropriate departments (sales, service, parts).
• Managing the telephone switchboard and incoming emails professionally, ensuring quick and accurate responses.
• Maintaining an orderly reception area and a welcoming waiting zone reflecting our brands' image.
• Preparing and tracking appointments, assisting with schedule management and coordination between teams.
• Assisting sales and service teams with simple administrative and logistical tasks.
• Ensuring the safety and confidentiality of visitors and transmitted information.
• Participating, when necessary, in organizing showroom events and hosting promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and directing clients, managing the flow in the showroom and reception areas.
• Screening and transferring phone calls, managing messages and emails.
• Keeping simple records up to date (visitors, appointments, deliveries).
• Providing versatile administrative support (mails, files, copies, filing).
• Collaborating closely with sales and workshop teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintaining a high level of personal presentation and cleanliness of shared spaces.

Qualifications Required

• No prior experience necessary; beginners accepted and encouraged.
• Bilingual in French and English; excellent written and spoken communication.
• Professional appearance, customer service skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with common computer tools (Microsoft Office suite) and comfort with communication systems; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Team spirit, discretion, reliability, and motivation to learn about the group’s products and services.
• Interest in vehicles and brands such as Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin, and Bentley.
