We are looking for a dynamic and organized Receptionist / Hostess to join our team at Longueuil Toyota. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for creating a positive first impression that reflects our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcoming visitors and customers at the dealership.
  • Answering phone calls and handling information requests professionally.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth and effective communication.
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
  • Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
  • Managing the reception voicemail.
  • Greeting clients.
  • Handling mail reception.
  • Sending outgoing mail via courier service.
  • Filing documents and distributing them to relevant personnel.
  • Assisting department managers with certain administrative tasks.
  • Entering and processing texts such as notes, labels, letters, and forms (upon request).
  • Filling in during vacations (evening shifts upon request).
  • Performing any other related tasks as requested by the supervisor.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role (minimum 2 years required).
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computer tools and management software.
