We are looking for a dynamic and organized Receptionist / Hostess to join our team at Longueuil Toyota. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for creating a positive first impression that reflects our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcoming visitors and customers at the dealership.
- Answering phone calls and handling information requests professionally.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth and effective communication.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
- Managing the reception voicemail.
- Greeting clients.
- Handling mail reception.
- Sending outgoing mail via courier service.
- Filing documents and distributing them to relevant personnel.
- Assisting department managers with certain administrative tasks.
- Entering and processing texts such as notes, labels, letters, and forms (upon request).
- Filling in during vacations (evening shifts upon request).
- Performing any other related tasks as requested by the supervisor.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role (minimum 2 years required).
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer tools and management software.
