We are recruiting a Parts Sales Clerk / Advisor to join Mazda Joliette Inc., a member of Groupe St-Jean, based in Notre-Dame-des-Prairies (Lanaudière). Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs for parts and accessories, then suggest suitable solutions.
• Manage in-store parts sales and orders, ensuring follow-up until delivery.
• Search for references, verify availability, manage transfers and returns.
• Maintain stock accuracy, participate in inventory and shelf optimization.
• Offer basic technical advice and direct customers to technicians when necessary.
• Collaborate with service and parts teams to optimize turnaround times and customer satisfaction.
• Promote promotions and loyalty programs to clients.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, ideally in automotive parts sales or customer service in the automotive sector.
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and the ability to quickly identify references, with proficiency in a parts management software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and team spirit.
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
