Service Advisor

Do you enjoy automobiles and customer contact? Point S - Centre De L'auto S Legault, in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, is looking for a Technical Advisor to join its motivated and dynamic team.

Main responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs regarding maintenance, repairs, and tires.
• Present suitable solutions and prepare clear and transparent estimates.
• Explain services and timelines while ensuring thorough follow-up with the technical team.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate interventions, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Provide a first-class customer experience and achieve sales and satisfaction objectives.
• Write service documents (quotations, invoices, warranties) and ensure their archiving.
• Collaborate with technicians and workshop managers to optimize workflows.

Profile sought

• Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role in the automotive sector.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and communicate simple technical information and explain solutions to clients.
• Organizational skills, team spirit, and ability to prioritize.
• Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
• Proficiency with customer management and quotation software.
• Flexibility and availability for varied hours according to the center’s needs.
