We are Solution Mazda Châteauguay, your leading Mazda dealership on the South Shore. As part of our growth and the development of our used vehicle department, we are seeking a Used Vehicle Sales Manager with at least 3 years of experience managing a automotive sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the used vehicle sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual goals.
  • Define and guide the sales strategy for the USED VEHICLES department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from welcome to signing.
  • Oversee the sales process, vehicle appraisal, inventory management, and presentation of certified and non-certified used vehicles.
  • Analyze performance metrics (KPIs: sales volume, conversion rate, gross margin, lead yield) and implement quick corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with finance, service, and parts departments to optimize the customer experience and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and procedures, provide ongoing team training, and promote best practices in customer service.
  • Represent the department in inter-departmental meetings and support marketing efforts to increase the visibility of used vehicles.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales management, ideally focused on used vehicles.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to inspire and develop a team, results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work in a team and manage competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of appraisal and trade-in processes, financing programs, and CRM tools; proficiency with standard office software.
  • Relevant degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field; French language skills required; English is a plus.
  • Analytical mind, proactive attitude, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
