Service Director

Ready to lead a high-performing service team in a dynamic and passionate environment? We are seeking an energetic and committed Service Manager to take our multi-brand motorcycle dealership to new heights.

Your responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of technicians, technical advisors, and support staff
• Optimize department performance: productivity, efficiency, and profitability
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, and the quality of repairs and maintenance
• Manage warranty processes for multiple motorcycle brands
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and objectives
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
• Implement efficient processes and continuously improve operations
• Work hours Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM + Saturdays during busy periods

Profile required

• Proven experience in service management (automotive, motor sports, or related fields)
• Inspiring leadership and talent development skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong customer focus and commitment to quality service
• Good technical knowledge of motorcycles (multi-brand experience is a significant advantage)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
