BDC Agent

Mega Kia Brossard, a rapidly growing Kia dealership serving the Brossard area, is looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-oriented BDC Agent – Business Development Center to support the sales and after-sales departments.

Salary can reach up to $60,000 per year with a bonus program.

Schedule

• Full-time evening position
• Monday to Thursday: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
• Friday: 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Main Responsibilities

Sales

• Handle internet inquiries promptly
• Respond to incoming calls and chat requests
• Follow up with potential customers
• Schedule and confirm appointments for sales advisors
• Follow up with clients by phone, text, and email
• Keep customer records up to date in the CRM

After-Sales Service

• Book and confirm service department appointments
• Perform recommended maintenance follow-ups
• Contact clients for post-visit follow-ups
• Participate in customer loyalty campaigns

Customer Satisfaction

• Follow up on satisfaction surveys
• Collect customer feedback
• Handle inquiries and ensure necessary follow-ups
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience
