Decarie Motors, the only Jaguar and Land Rover dealer on the Island of Montreal and the only Aston Martin and Bentley dealer in Eastern Canada, is seeking a Sales Advisor – New Vehicles.
Job Description
As a Sales Advisor – New Vehicles, you will be one of the ambassadors of the excellence of the Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin, and Bentley brands. You will offer a high-end customer experience, guiding each client from the first contact to vehicle delivery and post-purchase follow-up. You will work within a passionate team, in an environment focused on English elegance, performance, and impeccable service.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet, qualify, and advise clients in the showroom and during test drives on the ranges of new Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin, and Bentley vehicles.
- Present technical features, customization options, and benefits regarding performance, safety, and reliability.
- Diagnose customer needs and propose suitable solutions, prepare commercial proposals, and coordinate financial aspects with the financing team.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: qualification, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, documentation, and after-sales follow-up.
- Achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with service and delivery prep teams to guarantee a smooth transition and lasting customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products and new releases from the brands, and ensure an attractive and organized showroom.
- Use CRM and sales tools to track clients, follow-ups, and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in vehicle sales, ideally in the new vehicle and/or luxury sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation; ability to create and maintain long-term relationships with demanding clientele.
- Bilingual in French/English is a significant asset; high-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of financing and leasing systems, or the ability to quickly learn them.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software; excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license; accustomed to driving demonstration vehicles.
- Team spirit, autonomy, professional appearance, and results-oriented mindset.
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
