Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Technical Advisor to join the Léveillé Ford team, a Ford dealership in Saint-Jérôme experiencing rapid growth.

Your Role

• Welcome customers and understand their technical needs, acting as a liaison between the customer and technicians.
• Gather information, diagnose issues, and prepare clear and precise intervention plans.
• Propose tailored technical solutions, explain costs and timelines, and recommend options that align with Ford's values and warranties.
• Follow up on interventions, coordinate repair orders with the workshop team, and ensure compliance with Ford manufacturing standards.
• Maintain rigorous documentation of diagnostics, repairs, and communications with clients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes, share customer feedback, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with sales and parts teams to optimize offered solutions and overall satisfaction.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the automotive field, ideally in after-sales service or technical diagnostics.
• Advanced technical expertise on modern vehicles, including electronic systems and diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Relevant diploma or certification in the automotive field; Ford training or equivalent courses regularly completed preferred.
• Team spirit, organization, rigor, and ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in service-related IT tools (DMS/CRM) and quick adaptation to new software; functional English appreciated.
• Valid driver's license.
