Delivery coordinator

St-Constant Kia, a Kia dealership located in Saint-Constant, QC, is seeking a Parts and Service Advisor Assistant (F&I) to support our F&I team and ensure the delivery of sold vehicles. You will be responsible for managing deliveries, signing documents, and explaining vehicle features to our clients. Minimum required experience: 1 year.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist the F&I advisor in preparing client files, verifying documents, and presenting financing and insurance options.
• Plan and coordinate the delivery of sold vehicles: handing over keys, verifying sale documents, signing contracts, and explaining the vehicle's functions and warranties.
• Provide quality customer service during deliveries, answer questions, and resolve concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Prepare and verify delivery and registration documents, ensure compliance, and archive files.
• Collaborate with the Sales and After-Sales Service departments to ensure a smooth transition and consistent customer experience.
• Ensure the presentation and condition of vehicles during delivery (pre-delivery, cleanliness, quick inspection).
• Provide assistance with post-delivery requests and relay necessary information to the client regarding the operation of equipment and related services.

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant experience required; experience in the automotive field or F&I is an asset.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple deliveries and files simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with computer tools and document management processes; ability to clearly explain vehicle features.
