Your Role
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the complete management of the after-sales service department, both operationally and team-wise. You will oversee operational efficiency, team motivation, customer experience, and the achievement of the department's financial objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure management, optimization, and development of the service department Plan, supervise, and optimize daily operations Lead, motivate, and develop the team (advisors, technicians, etc.) Establish schedules based on operational needs and workload Ensure adherence to standards and internal processes Provide an exceptional customer experience and handle complex situations Monitor performance indicators and implement action plans Work closely with the sales, parts, and administration departments Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and staff training Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Be present on the floor and support daily operations Perform any other related tasks as required
Profile Sought
Experience and Education:
Background in management, automotive mechanics, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Manager (mandatory) Experience in an auto dealership (a significant asset)
