Saint-Laurent Hyundai, a dealership in the Montreal area, is seeking a Lease Renewal Manager to oversee our loyalty activities and optimize the Hyundai lease portfolio. Job Description
As a Lease Renewal Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all activities related to lease contract renewals, while maximizing retention and profitability. You will develop and implement proactive renewal and cross-selling strategies, ensuring a smooth and personalized customer experience throughout the lease cycle.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading the renewal team and supervising the associated processes.
- Defining and executing renewal strategies to optimize retention rates and revenue.
- Analyzing leasing data (renewal rates, residual value, returns, damages) and producing reports to support operational decisions.
- Collaborating with Sales, Finance, and After-Sales departments to deliver a consistent and quality customer experience.
- Monitoring deadlines, communicating with customers, interfacing with finance, and managing renewal contracts.
- Training and developing team skills, ensuring compliance with internal policies and leasing regulations.
- Managing and developing relationships with existing clients, resolving issues, and ensuring exemplary customer service.
- Participating in budget planning and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Candidate Profile
- Relevant diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of one year experience in lease renewal or account management; team management experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in French required; functional English desired.
- Results-oriented, analytical mindset, and high customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of Hyundai products, financing options, and the specifics of leasing in Quebec; familiarity with applicable laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office; ability to analyze data and produce reports.
- Team spirit, leadership, autonomy, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
