Body-Shop Manager

Well-established automobile dealership in Laval, Quebec, is looking for a Body Shop Manager to oversee and coordinate bodywork files within the team. We are seeking an experienced individual who can provide high-level customer service and manage internal processes with rigor and autonomy.

Main responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate bodywork files (estimates, repairs, technical follow-ups) and ensure the quality of interventions
• Supervise scheduling, deadlines, and adherence to quality standards
• Communicate with clients, insurers, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Collaborate with various departments of the organization (Sales, Service, Financing, Insurance)
• Ensure necessary administrative follow-ups for smooth operations (quotes, billing, reports, documentation)

Profile sought

• Relevant experience in automotive bodywork, ideally in a management or coordination role
• Good knowledge of insurance claims and repair processes
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Leadership, autonomy, rigor, and professionalism
• Valid driver's license
• Technical diploma or equivalent experience considered an asset
