BDC Agent / Receptionist

Ford Lincoln Gabriel, located in Montreal, Quebec, is seeking a BDC Agent / Receptionist to join its high-performing, customer-oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and answer phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales and service departments, ensuring smooth information flow.
• Manage inquiries, qualify leads, and follow up with prospects and customers.
• Update and maintain customer data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and ensure the accuracy of information.
• Prepare and send daily reports on BDC activities and appointment performance.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and service teams to optimize the customer experience and conversion rate.
• Perform administrative tasks related to the position (reception, document management, administrative support as needed).
• Provide physical reception at the dealership and maintain an organized and professional reception area.
• Promote relevant programs and services, including the company vehicle purchase program, to increase customer interest.

Profile

• Minimum of one year of experience in a BDC, reception, or similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills in French; operational English is an asset.
• Customer service orientation, ability to handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with office tools (MS Office) and experience with a CRM; knowledge of automotive systems is a plus.
• Team spirit, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability during business hours and willingness to work flexible schedules.
