Volvo Cars Saint-Léonard, a member of the Saint-Léonard Group, is seeking a dynamic and meticulous Used Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join its sales team. This role is essential to ensuring an exceptional customer experience and a smooth administrative transition between sale and accounting.

Main Responsibilities The holder of this position will be responsible for the entire delivery cycle, including logistical and administrative preparation.

Delivery and Customer Relations

• Perform vehicle deliveries to customers professionally.
• Contact customers to confirm delivery appointments, required documents, and procedures.
• Present the vehicle to the customer, explain basic functionalities, and answer questions.
• Ensure the vehicle is perfectly ready before the customer's arrival (cleaning, accessories, documents).

Administrative Management and Follow-up:

• Track sold vehicles before the actual delivery.
• Open and monitor work orders related to delivery.
• Compile and structure complete delivery files.
• Prepare and send documents to financial institutions for financing and disbursement.
• Rigorously follow up on disbursements and missing documents after delivery.

Internal Coordination:

• Ensure the transmission of complete and compliant files to the accounting department.
• Keep Excel tracking files and delivery logs (payment statuses, profit, etc.) up to date.
• Manage cheque requests and prepare files for accounting.

Desired Profile:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to guarantee 100% complete files.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written French; knowledge of English is an asset.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with an impeccable driving record.

Conditions and Compensation:

• Salary: Weekly base
• Variable component: Bonuses related to volume of deliveries and compliance of files.
