Receptionist / Greeter

Les Moteurs Décarie, a Jaguar and Land Rover dealer on the island of Montreal and the exclusive distributor of Aston Martin and Bentley in eastern Canada, is seeking a talented and service-oriented Receptionist / Hostess to join our dynamic team. This is a one-year fixed-term contract.

Main responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients and visitors to the showroom, projecting a professional and high-end image.
• Manage incoming calls and requests, filter calls, and quickly relay relevant information to the appropriate teams.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensure smooth flow of visits and test drives, and maintain an organized calendar.
• Direct clients to the Sales or Service departments and facilitate their showroom experience.
• Handle basic administrative tasks (mail, orders, data entry into the CRM, document preparation).
• Keep the reception area impeccable and welcoming, ensuring compliance with safety and confidentiality standards.
• Support showroom events and promotional activities with professionalism and discretion.
• Work closely with teams to ensure a consistent and exciting customer experience.

Profile

• At least one year of experience as a receptionist, hostess, or customer service representative, ideally in the automotive or luxury sector.
• Excellent communication skills in French; English is a plus.
• Impeccable appearance, professionalism, and a high level of customer service.
• Proficiency with computer tools (Office) and experience with a CRM or appointment management systems is an asset.
• Organizational skills, versatility, and the ability to handle multiple priorities discreetly.
• Team spirit and ability to thrive in a demanding premium environment.
