Job Description
We are looking for a Parts Clerk / Service Advisor to support our parts department and after-sales service activities. The role combines sales, technical advice, and parts management, with a strong emphasis on personalized service and customer satisfaction. You will operate at the heart of a Genesis experience, ensuring precise and efficient support at each step of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and advise customers on parts and accessories suited to their needs and their Genesis vehicle.
- Identify the necessary parts, prepare quotes and orders, and ensure traceability until delivery.
- Manage the parts department stock: receiving, quality control, preparing orders for workshops and customers, and participating in inventory.
- Collaborate with the technical team and after-sales service to ensure smooth and prompt service.
- Use the parts management system and computer tools to process requests, orders, and returns.
- Participate in cross-selling and customer loyalty initiatives.
- Follow inventory procedures, quality assurance standards, and safety rules.
Profile
- Minimum experience: 1 year in automotive parts sales or customer service.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems; experience with Genesis parts is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented attitude, and ability to work in a team.
- Good organizational skills, precision, and ability to prioritize.
- Proficiency with computer tools and parts management systems; quick learner of internal software.
- Bilingual French-English is an asset; clear and professional communication.
- Proactive mindset, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
