Audi West Island, an exceptional Audi dealership in Quebec, is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Parts Sales Clerk / Advisor to join our passionate team. You will be the preferred contact for customers seeking advice and solutions regarding original Audi parts and accessories, ensuring a seamless customer experience and appropriate technical solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome customers at the parts counter and accurately understand their needs for Audi parts and accessories.
• Advise on original Audi parts, offer suitable solutions, and suggest additional sales when relevant.
• Manage orders, verify stock, prepare quotes, and ensure follow-up on deliveries and returns.
• Work closely with technicians and the after-sales service to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Use computer tools (parts catalogs, parts management systems) to identify parts, verify references, and ensure traceability.
• Keep the counter and showroom clean and organized, and participate in merchandising parts and accessories.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales and service quality objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of one year of experience in automotive parts sales or a related environment.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories; experience with Audi parts is an asset.
• Ability to read catalogs and technical diagrams, and interpret part references.
• Excellent customer orientation, good listening and communication skills in French; English is an asset.
• Proficiency with computer tools and parts management systems; experience with POS/ERP software is an advantage.
• Rigorous, organized, detail-oriented, and team player.
• Availability to work according to operational needs (variable hours and possible weekends).
• Valid driver’s license (if required for the position).
