Are you recognized for your ability to improve the performance of a service department, motivate teams, and deliver a superior customer experience? We are looking for a Service After-Sales Director ready to take on a key role with direct influence on the dealership’s results and growth.
This position is aimed at a results-oriented leader, focused on operational efficiency and continuous improvement, who wishes to evolve in a structured, stable environment that emphasizes performance.
Your impact: Take full leadership of after-sales operations and elevate the overall service performance. Mobilize, develop, and empower teams to create a climate of sustained performance. Manage operations using clear KPIs focused on productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Optimize workshop and service processes to reduce delays and maximize efficiency. Work closely with sales, parts, and administration to provide a seamless and consistent customer experience. Be a key player in continuous improvement and standards of quality and safety.
The profile we are looking for: Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in after-sales service management at a car dealership with 12 or more technicians. Motivating leadership and a performance management approach. Strong analytical, decision-making, and prioritization skills. High customer focus, quality, and profitability. Excellent command of French; functional English.
