Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in person and by phone, listen to their needs, and guide them to appropriate solutions.
- Handle requests related to Honda vehicles, maintenance, parts, and after-sales services, and ensure follow-up throughout the process.
- Record interactions and requests in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and update files accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Parts, and Workshop departments to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Provide clear information on promotions, warranties, service terms, and deadlines.
- Manage delicate situations or complaints professionally, in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming workspace and contribute to Honda Casavant’s brand image.
- Participate in new customer onboarding and loyalty efforts through follow-up and after-sales initiatives.
Profile
- No experience required; beginners welcome; motivated and customer service-oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent; training in customer service or administration is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in French; operational English is an asset.
- Proficiency with standard computer tools and CRM software; ability to learn quickly.
