We are recruiting a Technical Advisor to complete our team at our De Rouen Street branch.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and advise them on repairs and maintenance, explaining interventions and costs.
- Analyze symptoms and guide technicians, while verifying the feasibility of interventions.
- Schedule appointments, follow up on files, and ensure quick and transparent service.
- Propose suitable solutions and obtain customer approval.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure quality and safety of interventions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to loyalty.
Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical role or in auto customer service.
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics (an asset).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Good time management and prioritization skills.
- Team spirit, attention to detail, and solution-oriented.
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written; English is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage several cases simultaneously.
