Service Advisor

We are recruiting a Technical Advisor to complete our team at our De Rouen Street branch.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and advise them on repairs and maintenance, explaining interventions and costs.
• Analyze symptoms and guide technicians, while verifying the feasibility of interventions.
• Schedule appointments, follow up on files, and ensure quick and transparent service.
• Propose suitable solutions and obtain customer approval.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure quality and safety of interventions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to loyalty.

Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical role or in auto customer service.
• Knowledge of automotive mechanics (an asset).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
• Team spirit, attention to detail, and solution-oriented.
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written; English is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage several cases simultaneously.
