Parts counter person

We are looking for an experienced Parts Clerk / Sales Advisor for Subaru Repentigny, located in Repentigny, Quebec, member of the Tremblay Auto Group, to provide an exceptional customer experience and support service and sales teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and understand their needs for Subaru auto parts and accessories.
• Advise, recommend, and sell parts, accessories, and related products, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage transactions at the counter and by phone, process orders, and ensure the accuracy of delivered parts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, restock, label, and receive products.
• Collaborate with the service department and technicians to ensure parts availability and delivery times.
• Handle returns and warranty claims for parts in accordance with internal policies.
• Use computerized systems (POS/ERP) for sales, orders, and parts tracking.
• Achieve sales goals and contribute to a smooth and professional customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in auto parts sales or a customer service role related to the automotive industry.
• Good knowledge of auto parts and accessories; ability to read diagrams and interpret orders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in French; English is an asset.
• Team spirit, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Availability during store hours, possibility of working some weekends; ability to stand for extended periods.
• Professional attitude and customer satisfaction oriented.
