Job Description Excel Moto, a dealership of motorcycles, scooters, and mechanical products in Mont-Royal, Quebec, is seeking a Technical Advisor to join their team. You will serve as the link between customers and the workshop, providing clear technical advice and tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their technical needs related to motorcycles and scooters sold or maintained by the dealership.
• Explain technical aspects of vehicles (maintenance, repairs, parts and accessories options) and propose solutions tailored to the customer's budget and priorities.
• Collaborate with the workshop to prepare estimates, follow repair orders, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Document interventions and parts used in the workshop management system; communicate relevant information to the customer and team.
• Stay informed about the latest developments and features of the brands distributed (Honda, Aprilia, Vespa, Piaggio, Yamaha, Kawasaki, KTM) and ongoing promotions.
• Contribute to customer loyalty through professional and proactive service, and participate in sales initiatives focused on after-sales service.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in automotive/motorcycles.
• Technical training in motorcycle mechanics or equivalent experience; knowledge of engine systems, transmissions, brakes, and general maintenance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Team spirit, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Proficiency in computer tools and workshop management systems; knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories.
• Knowledge of French and English is valued; any other languages will be a plus.
