Job Description
Hawkesbury Cadillac Chevrolet Buick GMC, an established dealership in Hawkesbury, Ontario, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented BDC Agent to join our team. You will play a key role in handling leads, qualifying prospects, and coordinating appointments to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support the goals of our Sales and Service teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, qualify prospects, and generate appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up and update leads in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring smooth information transfer between the Sales and Service departments.
- Schedule and coordinate demonstration, test drive, and service appointments according to priorities and objectives.
- Proactively follow up with leads and existing clients to maximize conversion and retention potential.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, identify client needs, and direct them towards the most suitable solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize the customer experience and achieve performance indicators.
Desired Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BDC role, telemarketing, customer service, or sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related sector.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French; English is an asset.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Team spirit, organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the needs of clients and the team.
