Job Description
Alix Toyota, a leading Toyota dealership in Montreal, is seeking an Internet Sales Advisor for the Used Vehicle Department to meet the growing needs of our online customers and enhance the purchasing experience of used vehicles. The ideal candidate combines responsiveness, excellent customer service, and team spirit in a dynamic and professional environment.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and qualify leads generated through our internet platform and marketing campaigns.
• Present and promote used vehicles, discuss financing options and warranties, and guide the customer throughout the purchase process remotely and in the showroom.
• Conduct virtual demonstrations, prepare personalized quotes, and follow up until the sale is finalized in collaboration with the showroom sales team.
• Maintain an active online presence: respond promptly to inquiries, update used vehicle listings (photos, descriptions, prices), and optimize inventory visibility.
• Work in synergy with the Financing, Service, and Parts departments to provide a smooth and coherent customer experience.
• Achieve and surpass sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Use CRM tools and performance indicators to track leads, schedule appointments, and prepare reports.
• Participate in digital marketing and retargeting initiatives to generate new prospects and maximize opportunities.

Profile sought

• Required experience: 1 year of experience in internet sales or a related role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation; fluent written and spoken communication in French (English is an asset).
• Results-oriented with autonomy, organization, and effective pipeline management.
• Knowledge or interest in used vehicles and financing/insurance processes; experience in the automotive environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with computer tools (office suite, CRM, lead management) and the ability to quickly analyze customer needs.
• Flexibility and ability to integrate into a fast-paced sales environment; availability as needed by the department.
• Team spirit, professionalism, and customer satisfaction-focused attitude.
