Internal service advisor

Porsche West Island is looking for a detail-oriented and organized internal service advisor who wants to help deliver an after-sales experience worthy of the Porsche brand. You’ll work closely with technicians and the service team to support repair tracking and ensure information flows smoothly. Depending on the team’s needs, this role may also develop into a junior service advisor position working directly with customers.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate and track service files internally.
• Liaise between technicians and the service team to clarify work requirements.
• Gather and share the technical information needed to process requests.
• Help prepare and follow up on work orders and estimates.
• Ensure files are complete and follow-ups are handled diligently.
• Gradually support customer communications, based on your experience and the development of the role.

The ideal candidate

• At least one year of relevant experience in an automotive service environment.
• A good understanding of how a repair shop operates and of after-sales service processes.
• The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical contacts.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple follow-ups.
• A professional attitude, team spirit, and commitment to quality service.
• An interest in cars and a desire to deepen your technical knowledge.
• Knowledge of SERTI software
