We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who will become a pillar of our after-sales experience. Someone who understands that behind each file, there is a person, an expectation, sometimes dissatisfaction… and above all an opportunity to turn a situation into a lasting relationship. If you are known for your listening skills, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive situations with calmness and efficiency, you will probably really enjoy this role. Main responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints promptly, according to dealership policies
  • Implement and maintain a customer satisfaction system for after-sales service
  • Analyze reports related to customer loyalty and make recommendations to your supervisor
  • Create and maintain harmonious relationships with customers to foster their loyalty and generate referrals
  • Establish high standards for customer service
  • Follow up on sensitive or problematic customer files
  • Analyze satisfaction surveys (CSI) and implement corrective actions
  • Manage customer escalations and critical situations Job requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in the automotive or after-sales field
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle delicate situations
  • Strong sense of listening, empathy, and problem-solving
  • Ability to analyze data and propose improvement strategies
  • Organization, rigor, and autonomy
  • Proficiency in French (English is a plus)
  • Comfort with computer tools Working conditions:
