Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, insurers, and the repair team.
- Prepare and organize appointments, monitor case progress, and communicate updates to clients.
- Collect, verify, and manage required documents (accidents reports, authorizations, estimates, assessment reports, etc.).
- Ensure entry and follow-up of information in computer systems and internal databases.
- Work closely with estimators, technicians, and managers to ensure deadlines are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Proactively and professionally address customer questions and concerns.
- Perform general administrative tasks and support daily operations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 0 years required; beginner level accepted, internal training provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French; functional English is an asset.
- Customer service-oriented, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (Microsoft Office suite and case management systems).
- Availability for regular weekday hours; understanding of operational requirements and versatility.
