Lease Renewal Manager

We are seeking a Lease Renewal Director to join Lallier Honda Montreal, in order to oversee the renewal of customer leases and optimize retention and satisfaction. You will play a key role in aligning the Sales, Finance, and Service departments to provide a smooth and consistent customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the lease portfolio
• Communicate with customers and schedule appointments
• Meet with customers and provide advice
• Handle transactions between merchants
• Participate in inventory management
• Perform other tasks related to the position

Desired profile:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a role related to lease renewal, contract management, or customer service (ideally in the automotive sector).
• Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and CRM tools.
• Team spirit, customer orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Skills in negotiation and problem-solving.
