Job description

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Technical Advisor to join the after-sales service team at Brossard Cadillac. You will be the preferred intermediary between our customers and our technicians, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience around Cadillac vehicles and their advanced technologies, including Cadillac Super Cruise. Your role is key to transforming the dealership experience and building loyalty among demanding customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and understand their needs, clearly explaining the recommended interventions.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on repairs and maintenance with technicians, while respecting deadlines.
  • Prepare accurate and transparent quotes, and communicate costs and options associated.
  • Explain diagnostics and repairs in a simple and accessible manner, ensuring customer understanding.
  • Follow after-sales service procedures and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Update customer records and document interventions in the management system.
  • Offer services and solutions tailored to Cadillac vehicles when relevant.
  • Work closely with team members, including the finance and sales departments, to optimize the customer experience.

Profile Sought

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (car dealership, after-sales service, or workshop).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in French; English is an asset.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic tools and automotive maintenance processes; ability to interpret technical reports.
  • Proficiency with workshop management systems and common computer software.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with good prioritization and stress management.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Team spirit, customer service orientation, and attention to detail.
