Job Description
As a Liaison Agent at CARSTAR Vaudreuil, you ensure the essential connection between clients, insurers, and the repair team to facilitate claims processing and vehicle restoration. You are the first point of contact and responsible for smooth, customer-oriented service in compliance with internal procedures.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and gather necessary information about claims and repairs.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients, insurers, and technicians, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
- Verify the completeness of documents and handle administrative follow-up of files (estimations, authorizations, deadlines).
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and tests in collaboration with workshops and internal services.
- Transmit approval requests and necessary information to insurance companies and follow up on their responses.
- Update case management systems and monitor operational indicators (statuses, deadlines, priorities).
- Resolve client inquiries, manage issues, and ensure a quality customer experience.
- Work closely with administrative and technical teams to optimize processes.
Desired Profile
- 0 years of experience required; training in administration, secretarial work, or related field appreciated.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, active listening, and customer service orientation.
- Organization, time management, and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Team spirit, proactive approach, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite) and familiarity with case management systems (CRM/ERP) is a plus.
