Receptionist / Greeter

Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist / Hostess to join the Montreal-Est Toyota team, located in Pointe-aux-Trembles, Montreal. As the first point of contact, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the reception.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients and visitors and guide them within the establishment.
• Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls courteously; filter and transfer requests to the relevant departments.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments in collaboration with Service and Sales departments.
• Maintain the reception area clean, organized, and attractive, with clear signage and up-to-date promotional materials.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of client and team information.
• Collaborate with Service and Sales departments to ensure an efficient workflow and seamless customer experience.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement of customer service and report any situations requiring intervention.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in reception, greeting, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; professional appearance.
• Proficiency in spoken and written French; basic English is an asset.
• Good knowledge of computer tools (MS Office) and ability to quickly learn appointment scheduling or CRM software.
• Organizational skills, versatility, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
