Service Advisor

Volkswagen Popular, the regional leader, is looking for a passionate and customer service-oriented Technical Advisor to join our after-sales team. You will serve as the link between customers and our technicians, ensuring clear and suitable solutions that adhere to Volkswagen quality standards and providing the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their maintenance or repair needs, explaining available options clearly.
• Diagnose reported symptoms, propose solutions, and prepare transparent and accurate estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians: schedule interventions, track work orders, and proactively communicate repair progress.
• Manage customer satisfaction throughout the process, answer questions, and offer additional services when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, and warranties.
• Work closely with teams to ensure quality service and customer loyalty.
• Participate in ongoing training and technical updates on Volkswagen vehicles and their systems.

Profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role (technical advisor or technical customer service), ideally in the automotive sector.
• General knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems; ability to interpret codes and simple diagrams.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving; ability to simplify technical information.
• Team spirit, customer focus, and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Bilingual in French and English is a significant asset.
• Proficiency with workshop management and appointment scheduling software; curiosity and willingness to learn.

Education and Assets

• Degree in automotive mechanics, engineering, or relevant certification is an asset.
• Additional training in customer service or automotive diagnostics is welcome.
