Job Description At Volkswagen Sorel-Tracy, based in Sorel-Tracy, Quebec, we are hiring a Parts Sales Clerk/Advisor to support our parts department. The candidate will contribute to providing quality customer service, managing inventory and parts orders, and supporting sales activities while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers on automotive parts and accessories, identifying their needs and proposing suitable solutions.
• Search for references, verify compatibility, and process orders accurately.
• Manage orders, deliveries, returns, and payments, ensuring quick and reliable service.
• Maintain the parts store inventory, conduct regular inventory checks, and optimize sales space.
• Collaborate with technicians and sales teams to ensure effective solutions and customer loyalty.
• Document transactions and guarantee the confidentiality of customer information.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and developing the customer base.

Profile Sought

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive parts sales or a similar environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented team environment.
• General knowledge of automotive parts and ability to perform searches in the parts system (an asset).
• Good organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
• Availability aligned with parts department hours; the company is closed on weekends.
