Service Advisor

Beaudin Garage, located in Longueuil, Quebec, is seeking an experienced Technical Advisor to join its team.

Job Description

• Greet customers and understand their technical needs; explain the planned interventions and timelines, and direct them to the appropriate services.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the workshop team: interpret requests, propose suitable solutions, and prepare accurate estimates.
• Ensure quality customer service: track repairs, communicate updates, and guarantee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technicians and the supervisor to schedule appointments and optimize service efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures and advise customers on preventative maintenance.
• Contribute to customer loyalty and identify opportunities for maintenance or additional services when appropriate.

Profile Sought

• Minimum experience: 3 years in a similar role or in technical advising within an auto shop.
• Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and ability to simplify technical information.
• Team spirit, organization, and ability to prioritize requests while managing multiple files.
• Good general knowledge of vehicles and maintenance procedures; autonomy and solution-oriented.
