Sales Consultant

Dion Sports, a dealer of motorcycles and off-road vehicles based in Saint-Raymond, is looking for a sales advisor passionate about motor sports and customer service to join their dynamic team.

Job Description You will be at the heart of the customer experience, both in-store and during demonstration, in order to understand customer needs and recommend the recreational vehicle, equipment, or accessory best suited. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to delivery, including demonstrations, test drives, and financing options. You will work closely with the after-sales and parts teams to ensure impeccable customer service and a seamless purchasing process.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and build customer loyalty across our full range (Honda, Can-Am, Spyder, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Lynx, Alumacraft, Mercury, and others).
• Present and demonstrate products; conduct test drives when possible; explain features, options, warranties, and financing.
• Manage the full sales cycle: need qualification, personalized proposal, document preparation, delivery, and post-sale follow-up.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Collaborate with financing, service, and parts teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-merchandised showroom and demonstration area.
• Update customer records in the CRM and follow up on leads and opportunities.
• Participate in product training and stay informed about industry news and innovations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the automotive or recreational vehicle sector.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of customer service; listening, negotiation, and team work abilities.
• Knowledge of recreational products and/or ability to quickly understand technical information; technical training is an asset.
• Fluency in French; English is an asset. Good computer skills (CRM/POS, MS Office).
• Valid driver’s license; availability for flexible hours including Saturdays and peak seasonal periods.
• Professional appearance and proactive attitude.
