Job description

• Receive and record customer claims related to services, repairs, and warranties, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
• Analyze claims and coordinate with the Service, Parts, and Warranties departments to ensure quick and satisfactory resolution.
• Verify documents, warranties, and required information; enter claims into the management system and handle administrative follow-up.
• Communicate regularly with customers to inform them of progress and deadlines, while managing expectations professionally.
• Collaborate with technicians and supervisors to determine corrective actions and appropriate preventive measures.
• Prepare reports on the status of claims and ensure adherence to deadlines and internal procedures.
• Maintain high standards of quality and service in accordance with the company's values: professionalism, transparency, commitment, and customer satisfaction.
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed and contribute to an organized and efficient work environment.

Profile sought

• Minimum of one year of experience in a claims, customer service, or similar role.
• Excellent French communication skills; operational English would be an asset.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Proficiency with common computer tools; knowledge of claims management systems or a CRM is an asset.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector and processes related to services and warranties will be appreciated.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment; flexible hours and availability according to operational needs.
• High school diploma required; additional training in customer service or administration is an advantage.
